06/23/2008 MONDAY UPDATE: Gates at McHenry and Algonquin are fully open to
accommodate dewatering of the entire Chain OLakes and Fox River. Water levels
will continue to drop and flows, especially on the river, will remain swift.
Restrictions will likely remain in place through the week. Heavy rains are
forecasted at the end of this week which may delay dewatering. The school is considered the Lower River
